TRAINING AIMS

In a context marked by globalization and profound economic, organizational, technological and cultural changes, human capital is emerging as a determining asset in terms of business performance and competitiveness. More than ever, the company needs professionalism, involvement, capacity for development and proactivity. The HR manager is a strategic actor and plays a major role in the process of creating conditions facilitating the emergence of quality human capital and imposing a logic of anticipation and the construction of sustainable social dialogue. Its interventions focus not only on restructuring but also on climate, involvement, communication and information systems. This development, while leading to an expansion of the fields of activity, requires more targeted training courses and increased professionalization of skills in line with the requirements of the role.

To meet these expectations and the needs of organizations for specialized executives in the field of Human Resources management, EHTP offers the Specialized Master in Human Resources Management whose objectives consist of:

CONCERNED PUBLIC AND ADMISSION CONDITIONS

The Specialized Master is aimed at candidates from the public and private sectors holding:

Bac+5,
Bac + 4 with at least 3 years of professional experience,

For other profiles, possibility of exemption upon study of the file. Admissions are made following examination of the application file and an interview with the candidate.
