(New) Master in Engineering Large Infrastructure Projects

EHTP and Oxford Academics are jointly setting up the International Master of Engineering in Major Infrastructure Projects.

This program aims to develop among participants a new range of skills allowing them to understand and analyze the challenges of large projects and to appropriate the different knowledge, techniques and methodologies necessary for the engineering of large infrastructure projects, capable to meet the challenges they face.

Indeed, today’s infrastructure projects are increasingly complex, due to the importance of their budgets, their completion times, the multitude of their stakeholders, their exposure to continuous changes and the importance of their socio-economic impact on people. Unlike other types of projects, these particular challenges impact their performance and traditional project management practices no longer make it possible to deal with their complexity and the risks involved.

This training is original, it adopts an engineering approach rather than a classic management approach to succeed in large infrastructure projects, brings together academic and professional knowledge to deal with the problems encountered in complex project environments, it It is based on British teaching standards and certifications from the most prestigious and recognized organizations in the world, namely PRINCE2, IPMA, AACE and PMI and gives rise to a double diploma, EHTP and Oxford academics.

This program is open to executives from administrations, companies, design offices and consulting firms, occupying or are required to occupy the position of director or management of large infrastructure projects, wishing to develop their know-how in matter.
