Training Objectives
This training enables participants to:
- Understand and assimilate the reference framework of Contract Management
- Know how to identify, assess, and resolve contractual risks
- Understand the different types of contractual structures
- Master the financial analysis of complex contracts
- Develop leadership/influence and master the keys to effective communication
- Strengthen negotiation skills and the management of difficult situations
- Understand the approaches and processes of Claim Management and dispute resolution
TARGET AUDIENCE AND ADMISSION CONDITIONS
Enrollment in the training is open to candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree plus five years of study (Bac+5). As an exception and under truly exceptional circumstances, the training may admit candidates with a Bachelor’s degree plus four years of study (Bac+4) or three years of study (Bac+3), provided they have particularly significant professional experience in relevant fields.
The selection of participants is based on a review of applications and an interview with the pedagogical committee.
The modules of the training are as follows
The courses are structured into 8 modules, each addressing a dimension of Contract Management:
Module 1: Issues and Fundamentals of Contract Management
Module 2: Contract Formation and Risk Management
Module 3: Due Diligence and Contract Auditing
Module 4: Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project Management and the role of Contract Management
Module 5: Financial Analysis of a Complex Contract
Module 6: Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
Module 7: Negotiation Strategies and Related Skills
Module 8: Claim Management & Dispute Resolution
Final Project: End-of-studies project presented before a jury
Participation fees
The participation fees amount to 70,000 Moroccan Dirhams.
The application processing fees are set at 500 Dirhams.
CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING THE DIPLOMA
The study program leads to the award of an Executive Master’s in Contract Management from the Hassania School of Public Works (EHTP).
The conditions for obtaining the diploma are as follows:
- Completion and validation of all modules.
- Successful defense of the Professional Project.
