First registration form for a doctorate

To complete your registration, please submit the following registration file documents to the EHTP Doctoral Studies Center:

• 1st year of doctoral registration form, duly completed and signed;*
• Original and certified photocopy of the engineering or Master’s degree or equivalent diploma (provide the equivalence);
• Certified photocopies of the Bachelor’s (or equivalent) and Baccalaureate diplomas;
• Certified copy of the National Identity Card;
• 2 recent identity photos;
• Thesis charter signed by the PhD student and the thesis director* **;
• University insurance certificate;
• Thesis subject sheet signed by the Thesis Director*;
• Statement on honor that the PhD student is not registered in another doctoral cycle.

*Please contact the coordinators of the research teams; in order to complete the information relating to the thesis subject, to the thesis director with signature of the form. (the signatures of the forms by the directors of the laboratories and of the CEDOC will be made after deposition).

**The thesis charter will be subject to revision and signature in accordance with the new National Educational Standards Book for the Doctoral Cycle (not currently available).

The reception of files by CEDOC is scheduled from Monday November 25 to Friday November 29, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. (Waiting list from Tuesday December 3 to Friday December 6 at 4:00 p.m.)
