The student office
The administration cannot communicate with all students to address common issues related to operation and organization.
That’s why student representatives are elected at the beginning of each academic year. Two (2) students per class are elected, forming the Student Office (Bureau des étudiants or BDE).
The responsibilities of the Student Office (Bureau des étudiants or BDE)
The Student Office (Bureau des étudiants or BDE) and the clubs constitute one of the main interfaces between the student body and the administration. The elected members are tasked with providing positive and constructive guidance to their fellow students. They must undertake actions aimed at the general interest of the school, the well-being of the students, and actively contribute to creating a privileged space for teaching and synergy within the school.
The BDE is authorized, with the approval of the administration, to:
- Create clubs to channel and nurture the scientific, technical, cultural, and sports skills of students.
- Ensure the proper functioning of these clubs.
- Collaborate with the administration for the smooth operation of the campus.
- Assist the administration in enforcing the school’s code of conduct.
The number and nature of clubs will be determined by the School Director.
