Presentation

The Hassania School of Public Works (E.H.T.P) is a major engineering school located in Casablanca. It was established in 1971 by the Ministry of Public Works to supply the Kingdom of Morocco with engineers in the fields of Construction, Water, Electrical Energy, and Territorial Planning.

In 1993, EHTP was elevated to a public institution for executive training under the supervision of the Ministry of Equipment and Transport.

EHTP educates engineers at an international scientific and technical level in the fields of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering, Urban and Environmental Engineering, Computer Engineering, Geographic Information Sciences, and Meteorology.

In the realm of scientific research, EHTP has a set of laboratories and research centers equipped with the necessary facilities for conducting scientific and technical work and studies. Recognizing the impact of continuous education on its development, EHTP annually undertakes a program for the training and enhancement of senior executives in public and private sectors in various fields.

On both national and international levels, EHTP maintains a significant partnership network in scientific and technical fields.

The Hassania School of Public Works is characterized by:

The quality of its students

For several years, the school has remained one of the most sought after by students from preparatory classes for major engineering schools. This position enables it to recruit among the best candidates. This is undoubtedly due to the diversity of promising professions it prepares for, but also to the quality of life that students know they can find there.

Diversity of the teaching staff

With a strength of 77 permanent research professors, it remains generally young, with relatively recent degrees, and thus, contemporary. The covered disciplines are very diverse, ranging from mathematics to management, including geotechnics, environmental microbiology, and computer science. This body is reinforced by around a hundred part-time lecturers from professional backgrounds, adding a practical component to the provided teachings.

Its international partnership

Its partners among very prestigious foreign schools (Canada, France, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Tunisia…) make EHTP a model for the exchange of knowledge, human skills, and students: as a result, the provided teachings are always up-to-date.

Its opening to the professional world

This openness is twofold. It first involves the body of part-time lecturers who handle nearly half of the courses offered. It also includes the hundreds of professionals who return to school to undergo further training, whether it be short-term, medium-term, or long-term.

Its culture drawn from its tutelage

Its partners among the very prestigious foreign schools (Canada, France, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Tunisia…) make EHTP a model for the exchange of knowledge, human skills, and students: as a result, the provided teachings are always up-to-date. The Department of Equipment (formerly the Ministry of Public Works), which created EHTP, has successfully passed on to it the genes of efficiency, citizen service, and the sustainability of action.
