Download the first doctoral registration form

To finalize your registration, please submit the following documents to the EHTP Doctoral Studies Center for the registration file:

• 1st year of doctoral registration form, duly completed and signed;*
• Original and certified photocopy of the engineering or Master’s degree or equivalent diploma (provide the equivalence);
• Certified photocopies of the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and Baccalaureate diplomas;
• Certified copy of the National Identity Card;
• 2 recent identity photos;
• Thesis charter signed by the PhD student and the thesis director* **;
• University insurance certificate;
• Thesis subject sheet signed by the thesis director*;
• Declaration on honor that the PhD student is not registered in another doctoral cycle.

*Please contact the research team coordinators; in order to complete the information relating to the thesis subject, the thesis director with signature of the sheet. (the signatures of the sheets by the directors of the laboratories and CEDOC will be made after deposition).

**The thesis charter will be revised andsignedin accordance with the new National Pedagogical Standards Book for the Doctoral Cycle.

Reception of files by CEDOC is scheduled from Tuesday, December 5 to Monday, December 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. (Waiting list from Tuesday, December 12 to Friday, December 15 at 4:00 p.m.)
